RED LINE OILS

MTMotorsport first used RED LINE OIL several years ago when we had problems with sticking gearchanges on our Ford 5-speed gearboxes during long hot races. RED LINE MTL was recommended as the cure, so we tried it........ we've never had the problem ever again!

Since that time we have moved over to more and more of the RED LINE products. We have now decided that as we are stcocking products for our own use, we would begin supplying to customers too.

Technical Question

Query from Caterham 7 track-day driver.

I have used your MTL gear oil for 3 years in a Caterham 6 speed box with good results and found it far superior to the original Ford red stuff. The gearbox leaks so I use more than I would like. However Caterham are apparently now saying that synthetic oil is NOT recommended and we should use mineral oil EP80 GL4 grade.
